Processwork aims at empowerment through perception. It was developed in the 1970ies and 80ies by Dr Arnold Mindell, a physicist and former Jungian training analyst, together with his team, by adding findings from modern physics, Taoism and shamanism to the approach of Jungian psychology.
In Processwork, disorders and conflicts are viewed as containing important information and making sense even if you cannot always understand them.
For us, the solution of the problem is inherent in the disorder. We show you ways of dealing creatively with areas of your life that feel problematic or painful to you.
With a new attitude and an expanded perception, you feel empowered to transform your difficulties and co-create your life.
The model of Processwork involves:
- Psychotherapy and Counselling (Dream, body and relationship work)
- Coaching (Communication, working with roles, rank and leadership)
- Conflict resolution (Open forum, Worldwork)
- Spirituality (Meditation, Innerwork)
- Creativity (Movement, art, sound, speech)
